New NSW Code of Conduct for Short-term Accommodation

Letting agents, booking platforms, accommodation owners/hosts, and their guests now have obligations under the NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry. The code commences from the 18 December 2020 to help enforce minimum standards of good behaviour
