AVANZA Property’s move to a shared office reflects our commitment to flexible work and meeting arrangements with options to meet clients at their preferred location and time.

Meetings by appointment only can be arranged onsite at your property, at any of WOTSO’s share office spaces in Symonston, Woden and Dickson, at our private office in Carwoola, or let us shout you a coffee at your favorite cafe.

Key management arrangements have also changed. Tradespeople need to refer to the authorised work order for specific property access and key return arrangements.
