How do we charge for our Property Management Service?
Our PRICING structure comprises just of three simple components:
Property Management fee (ongoing) - based on a modest percentage on the gross rent received.
Letting fee - from 100% to 200% ( depending on the weekly rent) of the first week’s rent received plus GST for an unfurnished property.
Advertising and other direct 3rd party expenses incurred on your behalf are passed on at cost.

When we do incur a expense on your property, for example, listing on domain.com.au or lodging an application with tribunal - we only invoice you what we paid, with NO additional handling fee.
Consistent with our values, industry compliance and professional association obligations, our fees and any commission rates are fully disclosed to clients prior to engaging our services.

** Our Annual QPIA Investment Property Review and Values programs may be available once your property has completed at least 12 months of uninterrupted operation as a rental property with AVANZA Property. Both the QPIA review and Values Program have limited places available and conditions do apply. Clients referred to AVANZA Property by a 3rd Party agency finder are not eligible for either, the QPIA annual review or membership to the values program. To receive an QPIA review, you must request this service prior to 01 June for the current financial year. A request for either QPIA annual review or Values Program membership is only a request, and acceptance is at the discretion of the agency.
